The Jaffna tourism industry offers many attractions for travellers and it is a historically significant city that is well worth a visit. Trincomalee is a famous ancient harbour known for its magnificent beach area that attracts a lot of visitors from April – October.

TOUR PLAN
Boat Ride in Negombo, Sri Lanka
A VERAV representative welcomes you at the airport and transfer you to a beach hotel in Negombo. In the evening take a city tour of Negombo or go for a boat ride on the Dutch Canal.
We proceed to Habarana after breakfast via Dambulla. Visit Dambulla Cave Temple and check in to a hotel in Habarana.
After breakfast go for an elephant ride in Habarana. Then proceed to a village closer to Habarana for a trekking excursion to get the real experience of a typical Sri Lankan village. Enjoy a traditional village lunch with the villagers. In the evening, visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Overnight stay at a Habarana hotel.
After breakfast proceed to Trincomalee via Minneriya. Visit Minneriya National Park for a jeep safari.Overnight stay at Trincomalee.
Do a city tour after breakfast in Trincomalee. Visit Pigeon Island, Koneshwaran Hindu Temple, Hot Water Wells and other major attractions during your visit.Overnight stay at Trincomalee.
A leisure day and overnight stay at Trincomalee.
After breakfast proceed to Kandy and visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in the evening. Overnight stay at Kandy.
After breakfast, visit the Royal Botanical Gardens and do a city tour of Kandy. Then proceed to Colombo where you are free to go for shopping and sightseeing.
After breakfast, proceed to the airport for the departure flight home.
